Our first Business Development Partner is a real estate agent who does this alongside her real estate business. She earned more than $4,000 in commission in her first month. There are no set hours, shifts or quotas. You fit it in when it works for you.

This isn’t meant to be your only job. It’s built for people who already have a career and a network: real estate agents, nurses, financial advisors, insurance brokers, or anyone who regularly meets people who could use care at home.

Commission only, with no base salary.

• Recurring, uncapped commission. Commission is calculated on the ongoing monthly care revenue of each client you bring in, and is paid in stages as the client stays, so you are rewarded for families who are well served.

• You refer, we deliver. Our team handles the care, staffing, scheduling and billing. Every private client gets a nurse Care Designer, and someone answers the phone 24/7.
• A name you can trust. We are Accredited with Commendation by Accreditation Canada.
• Territories open in Toronto and Niagara.

What you’ll do

• Seek out, grow and develop new business. This is your book of business, and we don’t hand you a client list.
• Build referral relationships in your community.
• Guide clients and their loved ones to a confident decision about care at home.
• Take each client from the first conversation to a signed agreement, then hand off to our team. You can also take incoming enquiries from us when they’re available.

Stay at Home Nursing Care Services has been caring for people in their own homes since 2017. We have more than 200 field staff serving over 500 clients, through Ontario Health atHome and private care.

You’re a fit if you

• Already work with people, in real estate, nursing, insurance, financial services, senior living or similar.
• Are self-driven and like the idea of building income on your own terms.
• Can talk about price openly, without pressure.
• Put people first. You’d walk away from a sale before you’d pressure anyone.

Requirements: client-facing or sales experience, honest record-keeping, a driver’s licence, and the ability to operate as your own business (HST registration where required).

Compensation: commission only, with no base salary, draw or benefits. Commission is based on each client’s ongoing monthly care revenue and paid in stages as the client stays. It’s uncapped. The full plan is shared with shortlisted candidates.
