Position Summary:	The Department of Chemistry at Villanova University invites applications for an adjunct instructor to teach lecture and/or laboratory courses as needed. Villanova is a Catholic university sponsored by the Augustinian Order. The University is an equal opportunity employer and seeks candidates who understand, respect and can contribute to the University’s mission and values.
Duties and Responsibilities:	A clear understanding of course goals and acceptable procedures. Methods of teaching must be compatible with the overall focus of the course and/or laboratory. Preparation and grading of quizzes, exams, and lab reports. In addition to typical classroom responsibilities, teaching proper laboratory techniques and safety is expected for lab courses. Good communication skills between faculty and students.
Minimum Qualifications:	A Ph.D. in Chemistry and/or relevant experience is required. Applicants must be committed to excellence in Chemistry education. Applicants must apply online at https://jobs.villanova.edu and complete a faculty profile.
