Requirements

• 2 years of recent management experience in an Upscale Casual full service restaurant
• Ability to achieve food quality standards, service standards and financial goals
• Strong work ethic and long term commitment
• Polished and Professional
• Passion for Hospitality and Leadership with an Entrepreneurial spirit
• Outstanding Attitude!
• Ability to manage, develop and empower the entire restaurant staff
• Maintain uniform standards within company guidelines and initiatives
• Respond promptly to customer questions and complaints
• Ensure consistency is upheld throughout with food, drinks and operational standards
• Conduct regular employee reviews and team management
• Overall responsibility of all cash handling, banking, safety procedures, and report analysis
• Ordering and maintaining supplies
• Ensure food safety, quality and freshness
