*ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS for our - Team Members & Shift Leaders*

• Consistently serve the highest quality products all day, every day.
• Clean and stock the assigned area(s) at the direction of the General Manager.
• Lead, Coach and Direct in the GM's absence.
• Take responsibility for directing the activities of Team Members on your shift to provide outstanding Guest Service, as well as producing great menu items.
• Cash Handling – setting up and breaking down cash drawers as well as the accurate use of the POS system by all Team Members.
• Take primary responsibility to running smooth operations.
• Responsible for leading many of the activities for daily restaurant set-up or closing.
• Responsible for developing subordinate staff on all aspects of restaurant operations.
• Work quickly and accurately to provide as many guests as possible a remarkable experience.
• Follow all Pieology food safety, food handling and sanitation requirements.
• Understand how each job in the restaurant impacts the guests, internal customers
• Support the goals, decisions and directives of the General Manager
• Model and encourage the values of Pieology.
• Remain focused on the guest experience at all times.
• Contribute to an environment of trust and open communication.
• When scheduled, report to their assigned position on time, in a clean uniform, ready to serve.
