Physical Therapist - The Center for Nursing & Rehabilitation NY at Southwestern Vermont Health Care – Hoosick Falls, New York

The licensed therapist evaluates and treats patients and communicates with patients; clients and team members. The licensed therapist maintains documentation of services in the medical record. Conducts in-services and training for patients, clients, and team members on an ongoing basis in restorative techniques.

Graduate of an accredited program with valid New York State licensure or eligibility required. Prior PT experience preferred.

Pay based on experience, $52-50/hour.
