Cook position available for The French Connection, a casino, bar, and liquor store.

Duties include:

Cooking meals, food preparation, preparing meals in a timely manner, counting and verifying inventory, ordering food from vendors, stocking, cleaning grill and other kitchen appliances, cleaning kitchen, and closing the kitchen.

Requirements:

• Ability to follow store safety/security compliance.
• Must pass ServSafe certification class.
• Ability to lift up to 20lbs frequently, up to 50lbs occasionally.
• Ability to work in a walk-in freezer for up to 10 minutes.
• Must be willing to work weekends and evening shifts.
