Job Description
Supervises the operations of OASAS grant program. Has knowledge of Medicare and Medicaid regulations related to billing. Provides leadership to team members by providing clinical supervision, presiding at team meetings, conducting Utilization Review activities and representing the clinic at various hospital wide meetings. Uses sound management skill in hiring and evaluation the performance of all staff members in accordance with the policies of the Human Resource Department.
Required experience:
A minimum of 3 years of experience working in an outpatient clinical setting for populations with varied mental health and physical health related conditions. Knowledge of programmatic regulations and compliance as prescribed by Local Government Units (LGUs) related to populations served. Management experience preferred.
Certification/licensure: LCSW, LMSW, LMHC; + CASAC-T preferred.
Salary Range: $75,000-$85,000
