THE POSITION

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Referral Coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be the linchpin in managing our patient referral process, ensuring a seamless transition of care as you liaise between patients, providers, and external specialists. Your expertise will contribute to the efficient operation of our practice, supporting our commitment to delivering exceptional healthcare services. High School graduate; completion of an accredited Medical Office Assistant Program, Clinical Medical Assistant Program, Registered Medical Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician Program, current certification as a CMA, CCMA, RMA, EMT-Intermediate, or EMT-Paramedic. Current employees without the above credentials are able and required to hold an ABR-OE designation. All certificates are required within the first 90 days.
