Position: Senior Salesforce Cloud Developer

FLSA Status: Part-Time Exempt - up to 20 hours per week

Location: Remote

Period of Performance: August 2024 - February 2025

Essential Functions:

PROGRAM MANAGEMENT SKILLS

• Program management and engagement with GSA CO/HUD COR and OCIO Programmatic Leadership to ensure program and mission success.
• Leads and contributes to software development to meet increasingly complex objectives.
• Oversees design and execution of supporting projects and conducts analysis and problem solving to meet or exceed project standards.
• Supervises and review the work of employees and subcontractors.
• Responsible for managing all aspects of a complex program, comprised of multiple projects/workstreams.
• Oversees the program budget, schedule, and compliance with contractual requirements.
• Manages the hiring and firing, as well as salaries and performance management.
• Serves as the primary executive contact with the customer.

SALESFORCE SKILLS

• Supports Salesforce implementation efforts – provides overall guidance to developers on the team.
• Leverages both configuration-based approaches as well as custom development (e.g., APEX/VisualForce) to deliver solutions. Develops technical plans, approaches, and related system documentation.
• Optimizes across Salesforce ecosystem and technical expertise in multiple Salesforce products (e.g., ServiceCloud, Communities).
• Produces work consistent with Federal security standards (e.g., FISMA), development guidelines (e.g., Digital Services Playbook) and other relevant agency requirements.
• Meets engineering, design, and coding deliverable deadlines throughout project lifecycle.
• Performs unit, side effect and system testing of solutions where necessary.
• Follows Agile IT methodologies.

Required Education and Experience/Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited academic institution recognized by the US Department of Education - Required
• US Citizen - Required
• Salesforce certifications - Required
• Program or project management experience - Required
• Experience with MuleSoft -Preferred
• Minimum 10 years Salesforce Developer experience

Technical Skills:

• Experience with MuleSoft -Required
• Proficiency using all Microsoft Office 365 applications including: Skype/Teams Conferencing, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and printer/scanner.

Physical Demands:
