Key Responsibilities:Diagnose and Repair: Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on Bentley and Maserati vehicles, addressing both mechanical and electrical issues.Maintenance Services: Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, brake services, and tire rotations.Technical Expertise: Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and technology to identify and resolve complex vehicle issues.Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with service advisors and customers to explain repair needs and recommendations.Quality Assurance: Ensure all repairs and maintenance are completed to the highest standards, following manufacturer guidelines.Documentation: Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and vehicle conditions.Team Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians and service staff to deliver exceptional customer service and support.
