We are seeking a talented and experienced Manufacturing Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between sales and operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of analyzing complex business processes, gathering requirements, and facilitating the implementation of effective solutions. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and report gaps in a timely manner to management.

This is not a remote role. This role is to be based in our Zapopan office and offers a hybrid working schedule, with at least 3 days per week spent in the office.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Analyze existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Document and maintain comprehensive business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that contribute to informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver results on time.
• Act as a liaison between sales and operations to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Analyze the demand and supply to ensure revenue delivery within the spending budget.
• Proactively identify and resolve any order or delivery issues. Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to provide updates and ensure resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of sales and operations interactions, such as orders, issues, and turnaround time, among other KPIs.
• Provide regular reports to management on fulfillment activities and customer feedback trends.
• Contribute ideas for improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the operations process.
• Ensure on-time delivery of forecast and customer orders.
• Manage forecast fulfillment and minimize impacts by handling everyday issues.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst/fulfillment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Both, in English and Spanish.
• Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.).
• D365 experience is a plus.
