The Server position provides friendly, responsive service to create an exceptional dining experience for all of our members and their guests. Servers must learn member preferences and be able to answer questions pertaining to multiple menus.
As for all our team members, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional member experience and keep a high standard of member and guest satisfaction, service quality, appearance, and cleanliness of facilities. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential to the success of each team member, as well as the success of our operation. Requirements:

Expected Hours of Work: Flexible scheduling - daytime, evening, and weekend shifts. We are looking for many types of availability, as we are extremely flexible. You must be able to work a minimum of 3-4 shifts a week consistently.

Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Outgoing, friendly demeanor.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to effectively balance multiple tasks.
• Team oriented.

Preferred Education and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar environment preferred – We will train.
• ServSafe certification preferred.
• TIPS certification preferred.

• Time Based Pay – NON-TIPPING
