- Effectively conduct patient assessments and identify patient needs.
- Identify and initiate appropriate nursing interventions.
- Provide care appropriate to condition and age of the patient.
- Ensure timely and precise documentation of medical necessity in patient records. Be responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
- Perform timely and accurate QI assessments.
- Active and unencumbered state issued or multistate license as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of RN experience, with the last year working in the Rehab or Medical-Surgical setting.
- BLS (AHA or American Red Cross); ACLS certification preferred.
- CRRN Preferred
- ACLS (AHA or American Red Cross)
- NIHSS
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and clinical priorities.
