This role is ideal for a motivated, hands-on professional who is confident in installing residential and light-commercial HVAC systems. • Install and configure a variety of HVAC systems, including:

  • Furnaces and Air Handlers

  • Central Air Conditioning Units

  • Boilers and Heat Pumps

  • Mini-Split Systems and Package RTU Units

• Follow installation blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer guidelines

• Ensure systems are installed per local code and safety regulations

• Perform quality checks and startup tests post-installation

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and service vehicle

• Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure satisfaction

• Accurately document all installation activities and materials used

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience in residential and light-commercial settings

• Solid understanding of system layouts, ductwork, and startup procedures

• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot installation issues on-site

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude

• Highly adaptable and willing to learn new methods and technologies

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• No formal certification required, but experience is essential
