The Role: Estimator

Behind every successful project is a strong preconstruction strategy—and you’ll help keep ours exceptional. As our Estimator, you will lead efforts from conceptual estimating to detailed bids, ensuring accuracy, value, and financial success across diverse projects.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives on collaboration, enjoys solving complex challenges, and loves shaping the foundation of great builds. You’ll play a key part in guiding decisions that impact cost, quality, and innovation.

We Could Count on You With:

Leading estimating and budgeting efforts from concept through execution.
Attending design and pre-bid meetings to define scope and strategy.
Developing detailed estimates and cost models for complex projects.
Identifying value engineering opportunities and driving cost-effective solutions.
Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
Leveraging historical data and industry insights to inform project planning.

The Experience That Leads You Here:

A degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
5+ years of estimating experience (8+ preferred).
Strong technical skills and familiarity with estimating software (CostX a plus).
Deep knowledge of commercial construction systems and materials.
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
