About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Home Care Aide to join our team in the Spokane area. As a Home Care Aide, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care to our clients in their homes. You will work closely with our clients to ensure their daily needs are met, including assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping. Your role will be critical in helping our clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification
• Experience working with seniors or individuals with disabilities
• Willingness to learn

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry and cleaning
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients

As a Home Care Aide, you will utilize your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with our clients and their families. You will also use your attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure that our clients' needs are met and their care plans are followed accurately.
