Location: Milwaukee, WI, United States

Compensation: $75,000 – $87,100

Reliatus Behavioral Health, a premier recruiting partner for leading ABA organizations, is seeking an experienced and values-driven BCBA to join our client’s team in Milwaukee, WI.

Our client is a BCBA-owned and operated organization that believes in doing ABA the right way—with integrity, compassion, and collaboration. As a small, relationship-driven practice, they prioritize quality care and meaningful outcomes over high volume. If you are looking for a supportive environment where you are treated as a professional rather than a number, and where leadership truly understands the work you do, this is the perfect clinical home for you.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Financial Security: Competitive salary ranging from $75,000 – $87,100 per year, plus a 401(k) with a 4% company match.

  • Attainable Bonuses: Monthly and quarterly bonus opportunities up to $11,100 per year (earned through both monetary rewards and additional PTO).

  • Health & Wellness: Comprehensive Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance (including HSA options), plus Employer-paid Life, AD&D, and Short/Long-term Disability. They even offer Pet Insurance and an Employee Assistance Program (EAP).

  • Time Off & Flexibility: Generous PTO, paid holidays, and flexible scheduling options to support a healthy work-life balance.

  • Professional Growth: BCBA-led leadership, personalized professional development plans, free on-demand CEUs, and reimbursement for licensure/certification fees.

Position Summary

As a Senior Clinical Supervisor, you will step into a leadership role within the Milwaukee clinic. This position is designed for an experienced BCBA who enjoys mentoring junior clinicians, shaping clinical programs, and helping expand services responsibly. You will work within a verbal behavior approach, ensuring that every intervention is rooted in science and delivered with dignity.

Key Responsibilities

Clinical Leadership & Strategy

  • Provide high-level clinical oversight and conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized treatment plans.

  • Design skill acquisition programs and behavior intervention plans using a verbal behavior framework.

  • Monitor client progress through data-based decision-making to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Mentorship & Collaboration

  • Mentor and support Behavior Technicians and newer BCBAs, fostering a culture of clinical excellence.

  • Lead caregiver and staff meetings to ensure a collaborative, "whole-family" approach to care.

  • Participate in monthly supervisor and quarterly roundtable meetings for ongoing training and peer support.

  • Collaborate with executive leadership to refine clinical systems and maintain ethical standards.

Qualifications

  • Certification: Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification is required.

  • Licensure: Valid Wisconsin Behavior Analyst (LBA) licensure is required.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–3+ years of experience practicing as a Clinical Supervisor/BCBA with a proven track record of supervising others.

  • Education: Master’s degree in ABA, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to treating both clients and staff with respect and dignity.
