We are seeking a Certified Dietary Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility. The candidate should be a Certified Dietary Manager (or willing to obtain the certification) with a strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for patients.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the dietary operations of the healthcare facility
- Develop and implement menus that meet the nutritional needs of patients
- Ensure compliance with dietary regulations and guidelines
- Manage inventory and ordering of food and supplies
- Supervise and train dietary staff
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of dietary programs
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure patient needs are met
Requirements:
- Certified Dietary Manager or willing to obtain certification within 1 year of employment
- Experience in managing dietary operations in a healthcare facility
- Strong understanding of nutrition and dietary requirements for patients
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
