Arcadia at Lookout Ridge is seeking a strong clinical leader to serve as our Resident Services Director (RSD).

This is not a passive role. We are looking for an LPN who is confident, organized, and ready to take ownership of clinical oversight in a collaborative leadership environment.

The RSD plays a critical role in maintaining regulatory compliance, overseeing care plans, supporting caregivers and med techs, and ensuring high standards of resident care.

• Oversight of resident assessments and care plans

• Clinical compliance with WA state regulations

• Medication management and staff oversight

• Staff coaching and accountability

• On-call participation and support

• Collaboration with Executive Director and RN

• Active WA LPN license

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Confidence addressing performance concerns and coaching staff

• Experience in assisted living or long-term care preferred

• Ability to manage competing priorities calmly and professionally

• Wants to grow in leadership

• Takes compliance seriously

• Communicates clearly and directly

• Understands that strong systems create strong care
