Were seeking a proactive Scheduling Team Leader to join our Sydney Lower North Shore office in Lane Cove. In this role, youll lead and support our coordination team to ensure clients receive timely, high-quality care and support. Youll oversee scheduling operations, mentor and develop team members, maintain accurate client and caregiver records, and assist with managing after-hours rosters and daily service delivery to keep operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, support and mentor the Client Services Coordination team
  • Oversee daily scheduling to ensure clients receive timely, consistent services
  • Maintain accurate client and Caregiver records in the client management system
  • Ensure prompt and professional communication with clients and Caregivers
  • Coordinate after-hours and weekend on-call rosters
  • Manage incident reporting, feedback, and follow-up to support quality care

About you

  • Rostering experience and SCHADS knowledge is essential.
  • Experience in the aged care/disability sector is highly desirable.
  • Be personable, approachable, motivated, reliable, and passionate with a can-do attitude.
  • Be able to build strong relationships and rapport with internal teams and clients and always deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Be able to learn technologies quickly to interpret and analyse data.
  • Have strong communication, problem-solving, time management, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Have proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.
  • Be flexible, adaptable, and able to remain calm under pressure to think on your feet with shifting priorities in an ever-changing environment.
