This role offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of cloud infrastructure, software engineering, and large-scale platform reliability in a highly modern, cloud-native environment. You will design and deliver scalable, secure, and highly available systems that power critical applications and services. The position involves building automation-first infrastructure, improving deployment pipelines, and enhancing system observability across distributed environments. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless integration between applications and infrastructure. The environment is fast-paced, innovation-driven, and heavily focused on DevOps best practices, automation, and continuous delivery. This is a fully remote role where your contributions will directly influence system performance, scalability, and engineering efficiency at scale.

Accountabilities:
  • Design, build, and manage scalable and secure cloud infrastructure using Kubernetes, AWS, and infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins and Azure DevOps to support automated software and infrastructure delivery.
  • Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Ansible to standardize provisioning across multiple environments.
  • Build and optimize containerized and cloud-native architectures to ensure performance, resilience, and scalability.
  • Configure and maintain observability systems, including logging, monitoring, alerting, and metrics for proactive issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with application and business requirements.
  • Support system reliability through troubleshooting, performance tuning, and continuous improvement of cloud environments.
  • Document architectural designs, operational procedures, and technical processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.
Requirements:
  • Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
  • At least 3 years of experience in software engineering or related roles focused on system design and development.
  • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS and Kubernetes (including EKS).
  • Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform and Ansible.
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins.
  • Solid programming and scripting skills in languages such as Python, Shell, and PowerShell.
  • Familiarity with DevOps tools and platforms including Docker, Git, Bitbucket, JIRA, and Confluence.
  • Experience with observability and monitoring tools such as Splunk, Grafana, and Prometheus.
  • Strong understanding of Agile development practices and continuous integration/delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote, distributed engineering environment while collaborating effectively across teams.
Benefits:
  • Competitive base salary ranging from $160,805 to $192,300 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Eligibility for performance-based incentive compensation.
  • Fully remote work opportunity (U.S.-based, continental applicants eligible).
  • Comprehensive healthcare coverage including medical, dental, and vision insurance.
  • Paid time off, parental leave, and flexible work arrangements.
  • Retirement savings plan (401(k)) with company contribution options.
  • Life, disability, and accident insurance coverage.
  • Employee stock purchase plan with discounted rates.
  • Tuition reimbursement and ongoing professional development support.
