This role sits at the core of a high-growth, global sales organization responsible for transforming how physical industries operate through data and technology. You will design and scale the systems, processes, and policies that enable a rapidly expanding sales engine to perform with precision, speed, and consistency. Acting as a key partner to senior go-to-market leaders, you will shape how sales capacity is planned, how territories are structured, and how revenue workflows are optimized. This is a highly strategic and hands-on position combining people leadership, operational design, and systems thinking. You will work across data, systems, and sales stakeholders to eliminate friction, automate workflows, and improve decision-making. You will own and evolve the operational backbone of the sales organization, ensuring scalable, efficient, and data-driven execution:
- Design, own, and continuously improve “Run-the-Business” sales operations processes that ensure accuracy, speed, and scalability across the organization
- Lead and develop a sales operations team, including hiring, coaching, performance management, and capacity planning with an emphasis on automation and efficiency
- Drive account segmentation, territory design, and book-of-business frameworks to optimize sales coverage and revenue performance
- Partner with systems and data teams to improve Salesforce workflows, automate manual processes, and enhance operational efficiency
- Manage complex sales operations logic using CRM systems, advanced spreadsheet modeling, and data-driven decision frameworks
- Support cross-functional alignment across sales, systems, and analytics teams to ensure consistent execution of sales processes
- Champion operational excellence by embedding scalable, repeatable frameworks that support long-term organizational growth
You bring strong sales operations expertise, leadership experience, and a systems-oriented mindset:
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, sales tools management, or related operational roles in high-growth environments
- 2+ years of people management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams
- Proven success supporting large-scale sales organizations (1,000+ users) with tools, systems, or processes
- Strong expertise in CRM systems, especially Salesforce, with advanced knowledge of sales workflows and automation
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, including complex modeling and logic building
- Experience with account segmentation, territory planning, and sales execution frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to use AI tools and automation to improve productivity and operational efficiency
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration skills
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, economics, or a related field
