The environment is fast-paced, data-driven, and highly cross-functional, with significant exposure to senior leadership and strategic initiatives.

Accountabilities:
  • Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for payments, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and platform growth goals.
  • Lead end-to-end product lifecycle management, from discovery and ideation through development, launch, and continuous optimization.
  • Define and prioritize product requirements, epics, and user stories in partnership with engineering and design teams.
  • Oversee payment gateway, processor, and payment facilitator integrations, ensuring reliable and scalable transaction flows.
  • Analyze customer needs, market trends, and competitive offerings to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) across adoption, revenue, reliability, and customer experience.
  • Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, design, sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
  • Support go-to-market planning, including pricing inputs, launch strategies, and adoption initiatives.
  • Present product strategy, roadmap progress, and performance insights to executive stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of product management experience, including ownership of complex digital or platform products.
  • Proven experience building and scaling payments or fintech products in production environments.
  • Strong understanding of payment ecosystems, including processors, gateways, settlement flows, and payment facilitators.
  • Experience working in agile environments with cross-functional engineering and design teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive product decisions and prioritization.
  • Experience presenting product strategy and performance metrics to senior leadership or executive audiences.
  • Familiarity with APIs, data-driven systems, and large-scale platform architecture.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Experience with product tools such as Jira and analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Heap, or similar).
Benefits:
  • Competitive annual salary range of $165,000 to $180,000.
  • Fully remote work environment within the United States.
  • Opportunity to own and shape a core payments product at scale.
  • High-impact role with direct visibility to executive leadership.
  • Collaborative, cross-functional product culture focused on innovation and execution.
  • Exposure to modern fintech infrastructure and complex payment systems.
  • Strong career growth opportunities in a rapidly scaling product organization.
  • Equal opportunity workplace with a strong commitment to diversity and inclusion.
