This role offers the opportunity to join a dynamic finance function supporting a global, fast-paced telecom environment. You will take ownership of core bookkeeping activities across business unit entities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant financial records. Acting as a key contributor within the finance team, you will handle end-to-end accounting operations including payables, receivables, bank reconciliations, payroll coordination, and month-end close activities. The position requires strong attention to detail and a proactive, “can-do” mindset to manage multiple priorities in a structured yet evolving environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams, vendors, and external partners across regions. This is a hands-on role where precision, accountability, and continuous improvement directly impact financial integrity and operational efficiency.
- Manage day-to-day bookkeeping and accounting operations for business unit entities, ensuring accurate maintenance of trial balances and financial records across all accounts.
- Handle accounts payable processes including invoice booking, payment execution, vendor communication, and ongoing AP reconciliation.
- Perform bank reconciliations, credit card reconciliations, and oversee fixed assets, accruals, prepaid expenses, and other balance sheet items.
- Lead month-end closing activities, ensuring completeness of financial data, proper reconciliation of general ledger accounts, and accurate reporting of financial positions.
- Maintain and update supplier and customer master data while ensuring proper documentation and approval workflows for all financial transactions.
- Support payroll processing coordination with external agencies, including validation of payments, payslips, and employee-related queries.
- Manage banking activities including payments, reconciliations, reporting, and authorization processes, while ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field, or equivalent bookkeeping qualification with at least 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in bookkeeping, general ledger accounting, and full-cycle accounting processes including month-end close.
- Solid understanding of accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accruals, fixed assets, and intercompany transactions.
- Proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting systems such as NetSuite (preferred).
- Knowledge of payroll coordination processes and working with external payroll providers.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail, accuracy, and data validation skills.
- Effective communication skills in English with the ability to interact confidently with vendors, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently in a structured environment while managing tight deadlines and multiple priorities.
