Our Production Team is currently seeking an experienced Production Scheduler to join us and succeed.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Production Scheduler is responsible for supporting daily manufacturing operations by coordinating production schedules, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient workflow across departments. This role serves as a key link between production, supply chain, and quality teams to help meet output, quality, and delivery targets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to ensure the timely completion of manufacturing orders
  • Communicate production priorities, updates, and changes across departments
  • Track work-in-progress (WIP) and maintain accurate production records
  • Collaborate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure material availability
  • Serves as backup to EDI's daily incoming purchase orders
  • Adjusts Amazon Central based on current product availability and weekly production
  • Identify and escalate production delays, shortages, or quality issues
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives to optimize workflow and reduce downtime
  • Prepare and distribute production reports and performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards
  • Assist supervisors and managers with administrative and operational tasks
Requirements:

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills); ERP/MRP system experience is a plus
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
