Accountabilities:
  • Drive strategic growth initiatives within the Consumer Business Services sector by positioning Salesforce multi-cloud solutions including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Lead consultative sales engagements with executive stakeholders, including discovery sessions, opportunity analysis, solution presentations, and statement of work negotiations.
  • Advise clients on customer engagement strategies, data management solutions, and digital transformation initiatives that improve operational efficiency and business performance.
  • Build and manage long-term strategic relationships with enterprise clients, Salesforce account teams, and ecosystem partners to generate new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with advisory, engineering, delivery, and marketing teams to develop industry-specific go-to-market strategies and tailored solution offerings.
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from prospecting through implementation transition while maintaining accurate forecasting and pipeline reporting.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce innovations to position the organization as a trusted strategic advisor within the Consumer Business Services landscape.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and strategic recommendations aligned with client business objectives and digital transformation priorities.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or consulting within the Salesforce ecosystem or technology services industry.
  • 3+ years of experience working with Consumer Business Services clients and understanding industry-specific business challenges.
  • Proven success selling Salesforce platform solutions and managing complex enterprise sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.
  • Strong expertise across Salesforce products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Commerce Cloud, Experience Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Data360, and Agentforce.
  • Exceptional consultative selling, strategic solutioning, negotiation, and executive communication skills.
  • Ability to influence C-level stakeholders and build trusted advisor relationships within enterprise organizations.
  • Strong collaboration and leadership skills with experience working in cross-functional and remote team environments.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Salesforce certifications across core clouds, Data360, Agentforce, or Loyalty Management are highly preferred.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship requirements.
