• Diagnose and repair pool and spa equipment, including pumps, filters, heaters, and lighting

• Identify leaks, electrical malfunctions, or plumbing issues and perform necessary repairs

• Provide exceptional customer service during site visits, explaining findings and solutions clearly

• Maintain accurate records of work completed, parts used, and next steps

• Conduct regular service visits to ensure pool/spa systems are operational and safe

• Collaborate with warehouse and service coordinators to ensure proper scheduling and inventory

• Uphold safety protocols and company procedures at all times

• Load service vehicle with necessary tools, parts, and equipment for daily assignments

• Use mobile apps or software to log service calls and updates

• Maintain a clean and professional appearance and vehicle

• 13+ years of experience in pool/spa service, equipment repair, or related field

• Technical knowledge of pool systems (filtration, hydraulics, electrical, plumbing) strongly preferred

• Valid drivers license with a clean driving record

• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and efficiently

• Must be able to lift 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions

• Comfortable working with tools, parts, and safety equipment

• Bilingual a plus

• Willingness to work some weekends or overtime during peak season
