Receives patient at the front desk by greeting, introduces service, registers data into LIS/HIS, process payment, tracks and sends result, receives phone calls
Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures)
Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
Ensure patient confidentiality
Blood/sample collection (onsite and offsite) and receiving/ measure ECG and ECG tress test / support doctor to do Ultrasounds, echocardiogram/ measure vital signs/ schedule staff Nurse in week and month/ report roster every month/ arrangement clinic work.
Verifies test requisitions, verifies patient. Explaining the procedure to patients, reassuring nervous or distressed patients
Properly package each specimen. Maintains specimen integrity by using aseptic technique, following department procedures, labelling sample
Tracks collected specimens by initialing, dating, and noting times of collection
Maintains quality results by following department procedures and testing schedule
Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
Handle cash, credit transactions with customers, ensure pricing is correct. Count money in cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change. Keep reports of transactions
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks; participating in professional organizations.
Requirement
  • Venipuncture / Capillary Blood Collection / (<1-year old patients blood collection is a plus)
  • Physical dexterity
  • Verbal Communication in Vietnamese, Strong customer service skills, Telephone Skills, Professional attitude and appearance
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Hands-on experience with office equipment
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
  • To be thorough and pay strong attention to detail, Excellent organizational skills
  • Proven work experience as a Nurse
  • To have practicing license
