Harvey Dental Group is seeking a friendly, organized, and experienced Patient Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our practice. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys patient interaction, financial coordination, and keeping the front office running smoothly.

*MUST HAVE DENTAL OFFICE EXPERIENCE TO BE CONSIDERED

• Full-time: 32 hours per week
  
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday
  
• Location: Villa Rica, GA
  

• Greet and check in patients
  
• Check patients out and collect payments
  
• Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  
• Discuss treatment plans and financial options
  
• Work with third-party financing (CareCredit, Sunbit – preferred)

• Minimum 1 year of dental office experience
  
• Strong communication and customer service skills
  
• Experience with patient check-in/check-out
  
• Familiarity with Open Dental strongly preferred
  
• Experience with CareCredit and/or Sunbit a plus

Education and Training

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
