About This Position

Summary:

Provides support to the Commercial/Agricultural/Mortgage Lending teams. Will learn a number of job roles within the lending department and supporting departments. Work closely with the lending teams to provide support and research to aid in sales efforts. Utilize CRM documentation and tracking for regional sales activities. Will complete capstone project pertaining to the profiling of ENB customers and prospects by profitability.

  • Provides entry- level professional services, under the direct supervision of the Bank’s Segment Leader or Sales Leader in an effort to assist with day to day responsibilities and special projects relative to community impact and serving the credit needs of the communities in which the Bank serves.
  • Works collaboratively and frequently with various departments to learn, gather, and perform assigned tasks.
  • Research includes the sorting of client relationships in defined metrics.
  • Receives ongoing guidance, targeted training, and 1:1 mentoring from the Bank’s Segment Leader or Sales Leader in planning and carrying out respective activities and assignments.
  • Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Education, Experience, and Licensing Requirements:

  • Business Administration, Sales/Business Development or in another comparable field of study is highly desirable
  • Verbal and written communication capability
  • Ability to organize work, schedule time and work with a team or independently

  • Ability to work with confidentiality information


Supervisory Requirements:

This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional work environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, monitors, mouse, keyboard, phones, printers, scanners, photocopiers, filing cabinets, calculator, and fax machines. The use of Microsoft related products (Outlook, Excel, Word, Power point) is required.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work:

Days and hours of work vary based on the needs of the Commercial/Agricultural/Mortgage Department Leaders. Flexibility of schedule to meet business needs is required. Internship will be completed at the Bank’s Main Office, in Ephrata, PA for approximately 12 weeks.

Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
