Basic Function:
The basic function of the Residential HVAC service technician is to troubleshoot, diagnose, maintain and repair residential HVAC systems. The Service Technician is responsible for performing duties assigned by the Service Manager. He/She is responsible for maintaining a high quality of work and for representing the company in a manner that promotes good relations.
Qualifications:
Two or more years of experience in HVAC Service.
A high school diploma or GED equivalent.
Requisite basic certifications (EPA )
Trouble shooting, repairing residential / light commercial systems
Indoor Air Quality Sales / Installation
Insulation Sales / Installation
Ethical repair vs. replace options for customers
Service agreement sales
All candidates are required to undergo a pre-employment drug screen, MVR and background checks.
