Groundskeeper/Custodian at BridgeWorks Co – Greenville, South Carolina

Job Summary:We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Groundskeeper/Custodian to maintain the cleanliness, safety, and curb appeal of multiple local apartment communities. This role includes general cleaning, basic landscaping, trash removal, and minor maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of common areas, hallways, laundry rooms, and exterior grounds

Perform basic landscaping such as mowing, weeding, and blowing leaves

Remove trash and debris from around the property and dumpster areas

Assist with snow/ice removal in winter (if applicable)

Report maintenance needs or safety hazards to property manager

Support move-in/move-out cleaning and unit turnover tasks

Requirements:

Previous experience in custodial or groundskeeping preferred

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
