About This Position
The Director, Sales and Marketing, is responsible for sales and marketing initiatives across Skilled Nursing and Rehab, Home Health, Hospice, Supportive Services, and other product lines, ensuring the overall sales strategy aligns with operational goals. The position will identify, develop, and execute growth strategies that enhance the organization's position and performance, using data-driven insights to enable accurate forecasting and higher revenue growth.

Job Requirements:
- Minimum five years in a sales operation, business planning, or sales management role required.
- Demonstrated ability to speak in public to large and small groups and successfully manage agreeable and potentially disagreeable audience members.
- A polished and professional demeanor, representing the organization well in public forums, speaking engagements, and expert panel discussions.
- A passion for creating and fostering a positive image of the organization in the community and beyond.
