WinChoice a custom manufacture of Replacement Windows is looking for a HIGHLY motivated sales personnel that have a hunger and a desire to make 12% commission averaging 200k-300k a year. Our proven sales system will help close 35-50% of all appointments. WinChoice marketing team will market, set, and prescreen credit, yes this means every appointment you run has the ability to finance.

We are a rapidly growing company that strives to be the employer of choice, and we are currently looking for an Outside Sales Consultant to support our customer first strategy. The Outside Sales Consultant role should have a proven outside sales background with a self-motivated attitude.

The Outside Sales Consultant is responsible for helping our client select style, educating about the benefit of our windows and walking them through the purchasing including measurements and specifications.

Qualified applicants will have:

· Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Experience measuring a plus not required.

Job Requirements:

· Meet face-to-face with customers.

· Must be willing to travel within 150 miles.

· Compute cost factors when preparing estimates.

· Strong communications skills and Passion to help others.

· Experience with Outside Sales preferred not required.

· Willingness to be part of a TEAM atmosphere.

· Ability to follow our Proven Selling System and Programs.

· Self-motivated and Organized.

· Reliable Car necessary and valid insurance/driver’s license.
