We're looking for an Area Director to lead 6 North Carolina restaurants with that exact mindset.

What This Role Looks Like

• You build leaders, not just schedules: You'll partner with GMs to grow their teams, identify rising talent, and create real development paths.
• You set the tone for culture: You'll create connections across restaurants, reinforce our Guest-First mindset, and make sure every team feels supported, aligned, and proud of the work they do.
• You bring consistency, clarity, and presence: You'll be in the restaurants—coaching, observing, giving feedback, and helping teams execute at a high level. With four distinct visits each period, you will ensure you're not just checking in, but truly leading.
• You drive operational excellence: You'll be a resource to your teams for our company's standards and challenge your team to stay consistent, safe and aligned with brand-expectations.
• You own the financial story: You'll coach General Manager's to understand their numbers, make smart decisions and take ownership of their results. You'll manage the area P&L and help each restaurant grow with discipline and intention.
• You champion local sales and community engagement: You'll coach General Manager's to think like an owner—building relationships in their communities to grow sales and drive guest engagement.

• Multi-unit leadership experience (Full-Service Restaurant required)
• A people-first leadership style
• Strong coaching and communication skills
• Operational discipline and high accountability
• Comfort travelling between multiple locations
• A genuine passion for hospitality and team development

Compensation and Benefits

• Salary is between $80,000 and $110,000 depending on experience
• Comprehensive bonus program that includes:
• Average GM controls bonus for the area
• 1% of area EBITDA
• Annual bonus tied to sales and EBITDA performance

Physical Requirements

This role requires regular travel between restaurant locations and active presence in the field. Candidates should be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods during restaurant visits
• Navigate busy kitchen and dining environments safely
• Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally (e.g., moving training materials or small equipment)
• Drive regularly between locations across the North Carolina market
• Travel by airplane to attend regional meetings.
• Work a flexible schedule that may include occasional evenings or weekends based on business needs

These requirements reflect the hands-on, in-person leadership essential to the role.
