In this role, you will provide essential daily support to individuals who need assistance with personal care and routine activities while promoting dignity, comfort, and independence. Key Responsibilities

* Assist clients with personal hygiene, including bathing, grooming, and dressing

* Provide support with toileting and incontinence care

* Help with feeding and meal assistance ensuring clients receive proper nutrition

* Perform light housekeeping duties, such as tidying living areas, washing dishes, and basic laundry

* Offer companionship and emotional support to promote a positive and engaging environment

* Monitor clients’ comfort and well-being and report any changes or concerns

* Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful environment for clients

Qualifications

* Compassionate, reliable, and patient demeanor

* Ability to follow care plans and instructions

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills

* Previous caregiving or healthcare experience preferred but not always required
