Residential Plumber Lead Property Maintenance and Remodeling Installations

• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM.

• Project Scope: Residential Property Maintenance and Remodeling.

• Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Driver's License.

You will serve as a vital technical expert ensuring the comfort and safety of residents across a diverse property portfolio. This role empowers you to take ownership of complex repairs while contributing to high-quality remodeling projects. • Diagnose and execute precise repairs for leaks, clogs, and water heater malfunctions.

• Perform comprehensive plumbing upgrades for unit turns to ensure homes are ready for new occupancy.

• Install high-quality faucets, toilets, and specialized shower components to enhance property value.

• Manage daily work orders efficiently to maintain high levels of tenant satisfaction and safety.

• Identify and report structural conditions requiring specialized service to prevent long-term property damage.

• Coordinate with the maintenance team to ensure all installations meet strict local plumbing codes.

• Maintain a safe and organized work environment while executing physically demanding site tasks.

• Proven experience specifically within the residential plumbing field.

• Valid driver's license with a record that supports mobile service operations.

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and navigate stairs or cramped crawl spaces.

• Demonstrated proficiency in repetitive bending, kneeling, and reaching required for site work.

• Experience in full-scale residential remodeling or kitchen and bath renovations.

• Advanced troubleshooting skills for complex supply and drain line issues.

• Prior experience working within a property management or multi-family housing environment.
