This role sits at the heart of performance marketing execution, supporting paid social campaigns across multiple global platforms.
You will help build, monitor, and optimize campaigns that drive measurable results across channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest.

- Support the setup, execution, and optimization of paid social campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit, and Pinterest.
- Build and manage campaign components including targeting, ad sets, placements, keywords, and budget allocation.
- Analyze performance data and create clear, structured reports highlighting trends, insights, and optimization opportunities.
- Monitor budget pacing and performance against KPIs, proactively flagging underperforming or overperforming areas.
- Apply platform best practices and contribute to ongoing campaign improvements and optimizations.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, supporting with note-taking, reporting, and performance updates.
- Utilize Excel to manipulate and analyze data using pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and reporting functions.
- Support bidding strategy execution and understand differences between manual and automated bidding approaches.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in paid social, digital marketing, or a related performance marketing role.
- Strong understanding of lower-funnel and full-funnel digital marketing campaigns.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and data analysis functions.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign performance data and extract insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and client interactions.
- Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, as clients are primarily international.
- Familiarity with platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, or similar tools.
- Meta Ads Certification or exposure to multiple paid social platforms is a strong plus.
- Self-starter mindset with curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
