• Report daily to the Springfield, NJ office

• Travel via company-provided transportation to assigned neighborhoods

• Conduct face-to-face homeowner outreach and educate prospects on our services

• Represent the company with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm

• Build rapport and maintain positive customer interactions

• Set high-quality appointments for the residential sales team

• Meet or exceed individual and team lead-generation goals

• Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and team meetings

• Reside within 30 minutes of Springfield, NJ

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Energetic, outgoing, and customer-focused personality

• Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated

• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic

• Comfortable working outdoors and on your feet

• Previous experience in customer service, canvassing, or sales is a plus, but not required

• $18/hour base pay plus uncapped commission
