We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Nurse Manager to provide leadership, oversight, and coordination of resident care within our Nursing Home under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Position Summary

The Registered Nurse (RN), Nursing Home Nurse Manager is a professional caregiver who assumes responsibility and accountability for residents during a designated timeframe. This role provides oversight of resident care through the nursing process, collaboration with the interdisciplinary team, and supervision of nursing staff.

The Nurse Manager demonstrates a strong commitment to the facility’s mission and values and supports daily nursing operations, projects, and follow-up care in the Nursing Home under the direction of the Director of Nursing (DON).

Licensure / Certification
  • Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Minnesota

  • CPR certification required (or ability to obtain upon hire)

Education
  • Graduated from an accredited school of nursing. (RN) BSN preferred.

Experience
  • Minimum of two years nursing experience in long term care with supervisory manager experience preferred.

  • MDS experience preferred.
