Position Summary:

Triumph Treatment Services (TTS) is seeking a skilled and mission-driven Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) to provide direct clinical care within our Medication for Addiction Treatment (MAT) services and to support clinical operations within the SPRINT program, a collaborative partnership with local EMS focused on rapid access to care and improved engagement following overdose or crisis events.

This role is ideal for a clinician who values evidence-based treatment for substance use disorders, and close collaboration with interdisciplinary teams and community partners. The ARNP will provide high-quality clinical care while contributing to the ongoing refinement of workflows, protocols, and care models that improve access and outcomes for persons served.

RESPONSIBLITIES

Provide comprehensive psychiatric assessments, diagnosis, and treatment for individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions.Prescribe and manage MAT, including but not limited to buprenorphine products (e.g., Suboxone, Sublocade, Brixadi) and naltrexone (oral and Vivitrol), in accordance with scope of practice and organizational protocols.Develop and manage individualized, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary care teams.Monitor clinical progress, adjust medications as indicated, and support long-term recovery goals.Provide education to persons served regarding MAT, harm reduction, overdose prevention, and recovery supports.Ensure timely, accurate, and compliant clinical documentation.

SPRINT Program Responsibilities (EMS Partnership)

The SPRINT program is designed to expand rapid access to MAT and strengthen linkage to care following EMS contact.

Responsibilities include:

Provide clinical care for individuals referred through the SPRINT pathway, including rapid-access MAT initiation when appropriate.Collaborate with EMS partners to support warm handoffs, streamlined referral processes, and continuity of care.Participate in development and refinement of clinical workflows for post-overdose engagement and low-barrier access to treatment.Support education and consultation for EMS personnel regarding MAT, overdose response, and evidence-based SUD treatment.Participate in program evaluation and quality improvement activities related to SPRINT outcomes (e.g., engagement, retention, follow-up rates).

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Education:

Current licensure as an Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) in Washington State (or eligible for licensure).National board certification (e.g., FNP, PMHNP, or related specialty).

Experience preferred:

Two years of experience as a psychiatric prescriberFive years of experience in the mental health fieldExperience providing MAT in outpatient, residential, or community-based settings.

Licenses/Certificates/Registration:

Registered Nurse License and Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner license in Washington.Federal DEA registrationValid drivers license and vehicle insurance required. 5 years of licensed driving experience required..Benefits:
