Front Desk Agent-Flexible Shift at Summit Hotel Mgmt – Kansas City, Missouri

The Hampton Inn & Suites Kansas City Country Club Plaza, a 203-room newly renovated hotel located on the Country Club Plaza, is currently hiring Front Desk Agents.

Shifts are generally 6am-3pm and 1pm-10pm Applicants must be flexible with shifts..

Must have Weekend availability.

Front Desk Agent is responsible for checking guests in and out, making reservations, providing outstanding service to our guests, and other tasks as required of the day.

Prior guest service, retail or customer service required. Hotel Front desk experience preferred.

Candidates must be punctual, friendly and put guest experience first.
