  • Collaborate on improving our recruitment processes and bring fresh ideas to support long-term hiring goals
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring teams, helping to evaluate talent and guide hiring decisions

You also bring:

  • A passion for recruitment and a strong sense of purpose in connecting people to meaningful work
  • The ability to attract, assess, and engage top talent across a wide range of roles
  • Strong communication skills, sound judgment, and a collaborative approach
  • A talent for balancing multiple priorities while staying organized and focused
  • Confidence reviewing resumes and portfolios, and making data-driven recommendations to hiring team
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, specifically in ABA or education
  • Proven success sourcing and hiring for a variety of roles across disciplines
  • Experience with creative sourcing strategies and passive candidate engagement
  • Strong relationship-building skills with both candidates and hiring leaders
  • Ability to translate hiring plans into actionable recruiting strategies
  • Experience actively networking with local schools, universities, community programs, and business partners to create ongoing pipelines of qualified candidates and expand recruiting reach

If you’re ready to make an impact by helping build strong, mission-driven teams, we’d love to meet you.
