This role offers the chance to support critical federal programs by analyzing systems, gathering requirements, and ensuring efficient operations across complex workflows. You will work closely with end users and cross-functional teams to identify problems, develop solutions, and maintain documentation that informs decision-making. The position involves both technical and business-focused responsibilities, including project support, process analysis, and training facilitation. You will contribute directly to initiatives that enhance operational effectiveness, support mission-critical technology, and streamline processes. - Conduct problem identification, requirements analysis, and system evaluation to support program initiatives
- Provide remote support to end users, troubleshoot issues, and guide users through problem resolution step-by-step
- Create, maintain, and update training materials, workflows, and system documentation
- Analyze data flows, systems processes, and operational capabilities to identify improvements
- Facilitate Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and Working Groups, contributing to program and project planning
- Develop artifacts required by federal directives and standards, ensuring compliance and readiness for inquiries
- Support review and implementation of engineering management processes, and participate in team research efforts
- 3–10 years of experience with a bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, engineering, finance, or information management preferred
- Background in operations research, systems analysis, or related analytical disciplines preferred
- Experience with decision analysis methods to evaluate tools, processes, and data for effectiveness and value
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SharePoint
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills; able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt quickly to dynamic priorities
- Knowledge of financial principles or Clarity PPM Tool is a plus
- Experience with CBP Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Accountability (PPBA) framework is desirable
- Must meet U.S. government security clearance eligibility requirements; U.S. citizenship required
