Registered Nurse (RN), Cath Lab - 4/10's/week ($30,000 Sign-on Bonus) at Trinity Health System – Steubenville, Ohio

• JOB SUMMARY

  • As an employee of Trinity Health System, it is the responsibility of this and all positions within the Hospital to support the mission and role of Trinity Health System. In addition, this position will actively support the Hospital's Strategic Plan in the areas of People, Service, Quality, Finance and Growth, in a team based environment. The employee also performs all job duties in compliance with laws and regulation in the observance of accrediting agency standards. The Registered Professional Nurse is responsible for the delivery of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation. The Registered Nurse will maintain standards of professional nursing care according to competency criteria. The Registered Nurse participates in patient and family teaching and discharge planning. Works cooperatively with ancillary nursing personnel and other departments.

• QUALIFICATIONS

  • Education

    • Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing. Possesses current Ohio Licensure.

  • Training and Experience

    • Critical care experience required (Critical Care Unit/ED/Telemetry).

    • Cath Lab experience and interventional cardiology experience preferred.

    • ACLS provider or obtain within 12 months of hire.

    • EP Lab experience preferred.

    • BLS provider or obtain within 3 months of hire.
