The Senior Associateposition is a full-time position as a member of our consulting staffandwill support client engagementswithin our Integrated Healthcare Solutions team, primarily focused on ambulatory operations and physician enterprise health solutions. TheSenior Associatewill be an integral part of the team,assessingclientopportunitiesand implementingthe initiatives determined to be beneficial to the client. Training will occur on the job with frequent feedback to support development and growth.
Willing to travel consistently (50%), depending on project requirements and client expectations, is required for this position.
Job Responsibilities
Support small to medium sized client engagements and discreet segments of larger projects.
Manage up and bring updates to team leadership daily.
Flag any risks and posit solutions as they arise.
Provide quality assurance and reviewed work products.
Develop analyses, financial models, and dashboards using transactional data, operational and/or financial data.
Analyze operational and financial data and metrics to develop strategic recommendations and implications
Generate client-ready deliverables and make valuable contributions to project deliverables
Support client relationships and communicate results and work products as appropriate.
Demonstrate creativity and efficient use of relevant software tools, analytical methods, and computer models to develop solutions.
Prioritize assignments and responsibilities to meet goals and deadlines. Support project management by creating and maintaining project plans, timelines, and status updates
Participate in group practice meetings, contribute to business development initiatives and office functions such as staff training and recruiting.
Qualifications
A degree (e.g., BS, BBA, MBA, M.A., M.S., etc.) with a focus in business analytics (accounting, finance, economics, information systems) or equivalent healthcare experience.
3+ years of work experience with a focus on physician practice operations.
Proven capability with MS Excel and relational database program(s) (e.g., SAS, SPSS, Stata, MS SQL Server, MS Access). A desire to expand those capabilities is required, as is the ability to train others to use such tools.
Work experience in physician practice management and operations.
Demonstrated experience in financial improvements to the operational performance of medical groups.
Keen interest in innovative care delivery and care model redesign.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Desire and ability to manage processes and work collaboratively with other consultants.
Commitment to producing high quality analysis and attention to detail.
Desire to work within a team environment.
Salary: $85,000 - $115,000 per year
Job title and compensation to be determined based onqualifications and experience.
Candidate must be able to submit verification of his/her legal right to work in the U.S., without company sponsorship.
