Position Overview:
To provide full cycle recruiting services including sourcing, screening and delivering qualified candidates to fill open positions. This position will recruit for a wide range of domestic and international; clear and non-cleared; administrative and technical positions. Position will also be responsible for documentation in ATS. In addition, this position may also assist in administrative support of day-to-day human resource operations in the areas of document management, employee records, benefits, onboarding and offboarding.
Essential Job Functions:
- Works with the Hiring Managers and Human Resources to develop/revise and maintain job descriptions.
- Creates electronic job postings, research potential job boards for maximum exposure, posts jobs to approved boards, social media or other websites.
- Assists in the recruitment of passive and active candidates via recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting and other sources
- Screens applicants in ATS, may conduct email and/or phone interviews and recommend prospective employees for employment in entry-level and experienced technical positions
- Determines if sourcing of candidates is required, conducts sourcing, tracks sourcing methods and results to develop and maintain a highly qualified candidate pool.
- Contacts potential candidates, schedules and confirms interview schedules.
- Works with corporate management on workforce requirements, staffing forecasts, position requirements, candidate availability and job descriptions
- May provide information to selected candidates, both verbal and written, ensuring accuracy and consistency with company policy.
- Maintains updated candidate status/disposition in applicant tracking system to ensure compliance with company policies
- Manages recruitment process and applicants consistent with state, local, and federal regulatory and record keeping requirements.
- Performs file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
- May also assist with day-to-day administrative human resources needs and/or special projects.
Position Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of an associate’s degree or equivalent experience working in a human resources department.
- Must have a minimum of three years of prior recruitment specific experience.
- Must have a minimum of one year government contracting experience
- Must have a minimum of one year of experience working in a human resources department
- Must have previous applicant tracking system experience.
- Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality.
- Must be dependable, able to follow instructions, respond to directions, and must be able to improve performance through feedback
- Must be adept at problem-solving, including being able to identify issues and resolve them in a timely manner.
- Must possess strong interpersonal skills
- Must be able to communicate clearly, both written and orally.
- Must be able to effectively read and interpret information, present numerical data in a resourceful manner, and skillfully gather and analyze information
- Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities to use time efficiently.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, changing work environment
