This role offers the opportunity to lead the end-to-end Back Office product experience, spanning lead capture, opportunity management, quoting, contract negotiation, and execution. You will collaborate closely with teams across Enterprise Engineering, Finance, Legal, Sales, and Revenue Operations to identify process bottlenecks and deliver solutions that enhance operational efficiency and accuracy. The position combines strategic planning with hands-on delivery, including backlog management, requirement definition, and adoption facilitation. Success requires a strong understanding of Salesforce and business systems, excellent stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex workflows into actionable solutions. You will play a pivotal role in shaping foundational workflows that impact downstream operations while driving meaningful change across multiple departments. - Map and analyze current Lead-to-Contract processes, identifying bottlenecks, manual handoffs, and data gaps
- Define target-state workflows and data models for Salesforce, including automation and human decision points
- Influence upstream and downstream processes, coordinating with peer Product Managers to ensure seamless lifecycle integration
- Own and prioritize the Lead-to-Contract backlog based on business impact metrics such as cycle time, quote accuracy, and compliance risk
- Represent Lead-to-Contract needs in enterprise-wide data and entity definitions, ensuring alignment with MDM standards
- Manage release planning, cutovers, and adoption strategies, including training, feedback loops, and communication of changes
- Establish governance for Lead-to-Contract domain, including intake, prioritization, documentation, and integration touchpoints
Requirements:
- 3–6 years of experience in product management, program management, or business systems in complex, multi-line, or fast-growing organizations
- Hands-on Salesforce implementation experience as a consultant, solution architect, or business systems lead
- Strong understanding of business processes in Sales, Deal Desk, RevOps, Finance, and Legal
- Skilled in stakeholder management and resolving conflicting priorities
- Systems thinker with the ability to trace changes across workflows and downstream operations
- Proven experience driving adoption of system changes and CRM transformations
- Strong discovery-oriented mindset, capable of shadowing users, mapping workflows, and identifying underlying needs
- Excellent communication, writing, and organizational skills, including PRDs, process diagrams, and release notes
