Visitor Experience & Events Team Member

This is a public-facing role that requires excellent communication and customer service skills. You don't need any prior knowledge or experience working with animals, but you must be willing to learn and share the wonders of our farming world with our visitors.

We’re looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals to join us here on the farm during weekends and the school holidays. These roles are all about creating memorable experiences for our guests, especially children, and bringing energy, creativity, and warmth to everything you do.

Roles may include maintaining the cleanliness and basic care of our animals, alongside providing practical demonstrations, live talks, and informative discussions to visitors.

The role will also require you to help host our seasonal events such as Bee Wild Week, where we’re looking for enthusiastic team members who can help guests discover just how amazing nature and our farm space truly are.

During the summer, our beautiful flower fields become the attraction in our events field, and the 'Ox Shed' restaurant is the hub for evening activities, and we’re looking for upbeat individuals who are confident entertaining and leading groups. This could include hosting quizzes, running a children’s dance evening, organizing games like rounders on the green field, or bringing your own unique skills and ideas to the experience.

As a member of the Cotswold Farm Park Visitor Experience & Events team, you will have the opportunity to work with our marketing team in presenting online content in front of the camera. This will involve delivering live presentations, participating in Q&A sessions, and engaging with our online community in a friendly and informative manner.

You will be responsible for ensuring that the content you present is engaging, informative, and aligned with our brand image. You will work closely with the marketing team to prepare and learn the content that you will be presenting, so that you are confident and charismatic in your delivery.

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your public speaking skills and contribute to the growth of our online presence and the success of the Cotswold Farm Park.

Attention to detail: The role may include maintaining the cleanliness and well-being of animals and ensuring that the park is safe for visitors. Being attentive to detail is important to ensure the animals are well taken care of, and visitors have a great time.
