• Minimum 1 year of recent LPN experience (Pediatric Home Health Experience Highly Preferred)

• Active CT LPN license

• Current BLS certification (Peds BLS Certification Preferred)

• Eligible to work in the U.S.

• Valid Driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

• Recent physical exam (within 1 year)

• PPD/QuantiFERON (within 1 year) or chest X-ray (within 5 years)
